The Kamijou / Index / Misaka gathering at the end of episode 10 was fun to watch. lol

Quick update.

My character, Lorenza, again. I thought I'd try toning in black and white instead of airbrushing.

Patchouli Knowledge from Touhou Project. For no reason, I decided to draw her eating Pocky lol. I want to colour this in the future, providing I can sort out his problem I'm having with my tablet. Maybe I'll just replace it again...

Proscrastination! + Index

So I've been procrastinating a lot lately, to the extent of not replying messages on deviantART, etc. I'm a terrible person, I know! T.T  Not been feeling so great these days, lack of motivation, blah blah blah, on top of that my hard drive died a few weeks back... which I still haven't replaced yet. Can't really work on CGing drawings either until that's done.

Anyway, seeing as I'm on here, I'll post stuff that's been on my DA and MB for some time now. lol

The sketch for this is like, nearly 2 years old but I ended up colouring it just recently. orz

She isn't really a pop star though, I just felt like drawing her like this...

Fan art of the Vocaloid created by 2ch Vippers a few months ago. I think they actually fooled a few people into thinking it was an official Vocaloid. I should lurked around to see the response lol.

Now I did say I was going to post a fanart of Taiga Aisaka, but I  have only done solid colours then left it alone since. orz. Maybe I'll finish it one day... one day...

Everybody's favorite virtual idol, Hatsune Miku.

It's been a while since I last drew Miku so I decided to draw this. ^_^

The first picture I did of Miku is on my old DevianART page which can be seen here, dating back almost 2 years ago, haha. I have a few other sketches of Miku I'll colour at some point, so look forward to seeing moar.

 This is a line art of Taiga from ToraDora. This is what I'm currently working on, so expect to coloured version to be up in my next post. :3

New Graphics Tablet.

I received my new graphics tablet last week. It's not a super great top of the range tablet but it's good enough for what I'm using it for; sketching, Photoshop work, etc.

So, I thought I'd post up the first CG I did with it.

I've not been on this blog for over a year now, but I guess I decided to use it after all.

So, I guess I'll be posting up some sketches on a regular basis from now. We'll see how long this lasts, haha.

What have I been doing throughout 2009? Watching/Reading Anime/Manga, drawing, playing video games, and just general laziness.

ANYWAY! Here's a select few of the MANY sketches I did since:

The Demoness of ice from my original story.

I think this took me around 7-8 hours to complete. I rarely shade any of sketches so this took me a while to finish as I'm not use to shading. I remember doing it in one sitting though... I was really hungry afterward.

Fuyuka, an OC (Original Character) of mine... that blazer seems a bit tight...

Also you might notice I draw my OCs a lot. Gomenasai, I just like to create, haha.

Some bunny girls.

Haruko, Natsumi and Fuyuka. Again my OCs.

Those who know a fair bit of Japanese may notice the in their names, Haru = Spring, Natsu = Summer and Fuyu = Winter. Akiko didn't make it into this sketch lolol. Oh, Aki = Autumn.

Though It looks a bit off, I got the style I wanted for the this.

She doesn't have a name yet I've wrote 3 chapters and drew 4 pages of the story she is in...

Kagami Hiiragi and Miyuki Takara from Lucky Star

I decided to put this up because I've only drew one Lucky Star fanart before mimicking Kagami Yoshimizu's style, and suprised myself att how fast I learned how to draw in the style without reference =P

And ending with the first sketch work of 2010...

A sexy devil girl who's tail i forgot to draw...

I will be making a coloured version of thus soon enough anyhow, correcting that.

Regardless, I love this sketch. It's different from the usual, being in a different style like two of the previous sketches.

I feel like 2010 will be good year for creating artwork, and I will be posting select sketches and any colour artwork I do on here and also on deviantART........ as soon as i get a new tablet. ¬_¬
